Training with the ICG

What is the WDF?

The WDF is funding from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) that is disseminated by Skills for Care.

The fund is available to social care employers and focuses on the achievement of qualification units that develop and consolidate staff knowledge around autism, dementia and mental health.

The fund can also be used to fund Health and Social Care Apprenticeships.

How we support your training requirements

We work closely with the national Skills For Care workforce, helping create a skilled and valued adult social care workforce in England. Through them, we can help members apply for the Workforce Development Fund (WDF).
